Why do I love Indie films ?

Why is this? “Movie studios don’t make ground-breaking films any more,” cultural critic Noah Gittell tells Tom Brook. “There are still ground-breaking films being made, but they’re independent films. While critics may be unanimous in their praise of some of these films, they don’t impact society as a whole to the same degree that some of these older films do.”

If you present the human mind with a challenge, it will rise to it. The best way to bring out a person’s creativity is by limiting them. I think thats why I find myself more interested in Indie filmmaking. It challenges me as an artist and there is nothing I want more then work on films that impacts society. I want to add something extraordinary to someone’s life and THAT’S my passion.
